Northquest Ltd. was incorporated 18 March 2008 under the laws of the Province of Ontario. The Company has two wholly–owned subsidiaries, Northquest SARL, incorporated May 26, 2008, under the laws of the Republic of Mali and Singquest Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore on February 22, 2012. The Company is authorized to issue an unlimited number of common shares. The Company has 38,894,406 shares issued (58,841,690 on a fully diluted basis). The shares of the Company are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “NQ” and on the Frankfurt Exchange under the symbol "N3Q" .
